Shocker! Adobe Flash Player Has Serious Issues Under OS X Lion

Honestly, I think half the problem for Adobe isn’t that Flash Player sucks, though it does, or that it totally isn’t necessary to install anymore, which it isn’t. It’s the fact that since Apple directed so much public scrutiny on Flash as a product, Adobe keeps on failing over and over again, which just ends up affirming in most people’s minds what Steve Jobs has already said.

Get your act together, Adobe. You’ve had months to test Flash Player under Lion. Even if this is Apple’s fault, you could have been telling people about this problem weeks ago, under the Gold Master. Now Flash just looks terrible… again.

Shameful that Adobe doesn’t even seem to test their products on new OS’s either.  All the problems I’ve had with Lion so far are related to Adobe products.  

In a month or so they will come out with a fix for all the glitches, but if an indie developer can be ready for Lion a month *before* it comes out, why does Adobe have to wait for a month *after* it comes out?  

I come here for Apple news as it is the most up to date and I like the aritcles. Im all for opinion as well. The above article isnt even that bad. Its just the last paragraph I personally found to be a little fanboyish. Steve Jobs has all sorts of other reasons for publicly bashing Flash. Sure, his public argument stands up….but lets remember he also wants flash to die so his tablet offerings dont look like they are lacking and his App store stays healthy.
