Las Vegas mother seeks help for son on death row

LAS VEGAS - His voice was pleasantly cool in sharp contrast to the heat in Las Vegas where she was recently granted a brief telephone interview. The soft voice belied the anxiety of a mother whose son is sitting in prison awaiting execution.
