Two Mifflin Co. Teens Drown
MIFFLIN COUNTY, Pa. -- Two Mifflin County teens drowned in the Juniata River on Thursday, Mifflin County Coroner Daniel Lynch said. Dakota A. Cutshall, 13, of McVeytown, and Kyle D. Austin, 13, of Mattawana, were swimming in the river, police said. Cutshall jumped off a rock into a deep pool of water and started drowning, the Mifflin County Coroners Office said. Austin tried to help him, but both boys went under the water and did not come back up, according to other boys who were swimming in the river. Both were taken to Lewistown Hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Lynch said the drowning was ruled accidental.Mifflin County Pa - News
