The Fifth Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo'11 Kicks Off August the 5th
Pattaya, July 14, 2011 [PDN]; Royal Cliff Beach Resort Pattaya, Provincial Administrative Organization, Pattaya Municipality,Tourism Authority of Pattaya in cooperation with Food & Beverage Association East of Thailand, Chef Association Pattaya and the East of Thailand, Housekeeper Administration Association East of Thailand recently held a press conference to highlight The 5th Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo’ 2011 August 5-7, 2011.
Mr Wittaya Kunpluem, Chief Executive of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Mr Werawat Kakhai, Pattaya Deputy Mayor ,Mr Anek Pattanangam, Nongprue Deputy Mayor, Mr Akrawit Tepasit, Deputy Director of Pattaya Tourism Authority, Mr. Yuparach Wongdownkul, Chaiman of Food & Beverage Association in East of Thailand, Mr Surasak Puncheuab President of Chef Association in Pattaya and East of Thailand, Ms. Somjit Sanlahung, President of Housekeeper Administration Association in East of Thailand ,Chonburi Representatives along with exposition sponsors: Peach Conference Center of Royal Cliff Beach Resort Pattaya and Thailand Culinary Academy attended the press conference.
Mr. Wittaya Kunpluem stated that the 5th Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo’11 will be Thailand’s biggest hospitality art competition cum showcase exhibition. The expo and competition will be attended by a large number of hotel and food & beverage professionals.
Mr. Yuparach Wongdownkul, President of Food and Beverage Association East of Thailand stated that the expo will highlight the hotel and restaurant professionalismin the region. The expo will also emphasize the wide availibilty of delicious food and beverage in Pattaya and the Eastern region.More than 80 food and beverage companies will show off their products during the expo.
Mr.Surasak Puncheuab President of Chef Association Pattaya and East of Thailand, stated that one of the many highlights of this expo is the Pattaya City Culinary Cup a competition with 15 teams of professional chefs from 10 countries including international judges.
This Expo will be held from 5-7 August, 2011 Time: 10:30 -18:30 hrs. Location: Peach Conference Center,Royal Cliff Beach Resort Pattaya. Entry: Free of charge.
In the evenings from 18:00-24:00 hrs the Pattaya Food on The Beach Show’11 will delight the crowd with more than 80 booths of delectable recipes from Pattaya and other provinces.The show including outdoor shows will take place along North Pattaya Beach.
